No, our non-medicated chick feed allows chick owners to opt for a more natural approach to feeding their little fluffy ones. Additionally, amprolium which is found in medicated feed, is a thiamine blocker that can result in thiamine (Vitamin B1) deficiencies in chicks, ducklings, and other backyard birds.
For those with mixed flocks including ducklings and goslings, a medicated feed can be very dangerous because of the thiamine blockers.
