My rewards/promo code was not applied to my order. Can I get a refund?Updated 3 months ago


We’re happy to honor promos for eligible orders through the promotional period and rewards within 3 days of the order being placed. 

Reach out to our team, we’ll verify your order is eligible and issue a refund. Easy peasy! 

If your order is ineligible for the promotion, we’ll let you know why and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. For orders to be eligible for the promotion they must fall under the fine print of the promotional offer and not have a discount already applied.
