We understand how frustrating it can be when you can't get into your account! Here's how our login system works and what to do if you're running into trouble.

How to Log In

With our new account system, there are no passwords — logging in is simple:

1. Go to grubblyfarms.com/account/login
2. Enter the email address associated with your Grubbly account
3. Check your inbox for a one-time login code from us
4. Enter the code on the login page — you're in!

💡 Make sure to use the same email address you used when placing your order. Your order history, subscription, and rewards are all connected to that email.

Didn't receive the login code?

• Check your spam or junk folder — occasionally our emails end up there
• Check other folders — if you use Gmail, check your Promotions or Updates tabs
• Wait a moment and try again — codes can sometimes take a minute or two to arrive
• Make sure you entered the right email — if you have multiple email addresses, try the others
