My order doesn’t seem right. What can I do?Updated 3 months ago

Our team is here to help! If your order arrives damaged or the product doesn't seem quite right we want to know. Get in touch and include photos if applicable. 

If you have a quality concern please include the lot number stamped on the packaging. 

  • 1lb and 5lb bags: the lot number is printed on the back 
  • Love Tubs: the lot number is stamped on the side
  • For Fresh Pecks feed and Little Pecks feed, the lot number is located near the pull string - this could be at the top or bottom of the bag
