Most orders marked delivered turn up within 1-2 days but if it has been more than a day or if you have any concerns please reach out to our care team to investigate.
Shipments including feed + smaller items will be shipped in separate packaging and sometimes will arrive separately. Check your tracking to see if the rest of your shipment is still in transit. If you need any assistance get in touch with our care team.
