We understand it’s frustrating when your favorite items are out of stock. We do everything we can to prevent it, but occasionally, it happens. When it does, we want to ensure we minimize the inconvenience to you and your flock. No one wants hangry birds!
Temporarily Out of Stock?! Now what?
Only one of my items is out of stock. Will I still get the rest of my order?
If you have a subscription with multiple items on the same shipment and one of those products is out of stock, the rest of your order will be sent as usual.
You will not be charged for the product that is out of stock. Your subscription order will continue to be sent on its usual schedule. When the out-of-stock product is back, it will process with the rest of your items on the next scheduled subscription renewal date.
My usual order is entirely out of stock. What happens and when will I get my next order?
